	INTERAÇÃO is a sustainable tourism agency created and run by the biologist Paulo Nogara, specialized in tours aroud the SACO DO MAMANGUÁ, PARATY BAY and JUATINGA PENINSULA.

Tour 1 - Canoeing in the mangroves + Trekking (2 days and 1 night)

Day 1
Discover Mamanguá's mangrove. A boat will take you from Paraty Mirim to Mamanguá (45 min), An unforgettable excursion in Mamanguá's mangrove rowing in canadian canoes. You will get to know the richness and biodiversity of this preserved area. After a bath in a natural pool, your efforts will be rewarded at a local family's home with an excellent traditionnal meal. Overnight at Refúgio Mamanguá.

Day 2
Trekking Mamanguá's Sugarloaf. This trekking to the top of Mamanguá's Sugarloaf will offer you a breathtaking view on the area! After a boat transfer in a traditional caicara canoe, you'll need to hike about 1h30 to get to the summit. Once you get back to the beach, you'll be able to swim and have lunch in a local restaurant before heading back to Paraty.

Includes
Transfer on a motor canoe, trekking, canadian canoe in the mangrove, overnight stay at Refúgio Mamanguá, 4 meals (2 lunches, 1 dinner, 1 breakfast), local guide.

Not Included
Transport to/back Paraty-Mirim (option Bus Paraty-Mirim leaving bus station at 9:30am. Return at 18:00pm. Ticket R$3)

What to Bring
Comfy trekking clothes, sun block, insect repellent, sunglasses, rain coat, hat and water bottle.
