	INTERAÇÃO is a sustainable tourism agency created and run by the biologist Paulo Nogara, specialized in tours aroud the SACO DO MAMANGUÁ, PARATY BAY and JUATINGA PENINSULA.

Day 1
A beautiful journey on sea kayaks, from Paraty to the Saco do Mamanguá (5 hours rawing). You can stop and recover on wonderful beaches and islands on the way, and have lunch. You will get to Refúgio Mamanguá by the end of the day. Overnight at Refúgio Mamanguá.

Day 2
Trekking Mamanguá's Sugarloaf. This trekking to the top of Mamanguá's Sugarloaf will offer you a breathtaking view on the area! The hike to the summit goes through the atlantic rainforest and lasts about 1h30. Overnight at Refúgio Mamanguá.

Day 3
An unforgettable excursion rawing in Mamanguá's mangrove. You will get to know the richness and biodiversity of this preserved area. After a bath in a natural pool, your efforts will be rewarded at a local family's home with an excellent traditionnal meal. Overnight at Refúgio Mamanguá.

Day 4
After breakfast, take a boat tour direct to Paraty, have breaks on the marvelous beaches and islands to snorkel and rest. Enjoy this relaxing day, with a delicious lunch on the beach.

Duration
4 days / 3 nights (starts in Paraty day I at 9am / back in Paraty day IV at 3pm).

Includes
Sea Kayaks (double or single, paddles, life jacket), local guide, 3 nights at Refúgio Mamanguá with full board (3 breakfasts, 4 lunches, 3 diners). Boat tour to Paraty.

Not included
Transport from Paraty to Paraty-Mirim (option: Bus Paraty to Praty-Mirim leaves the bus station at 9.30am. Ticket R$3).

What to bring
Comfortable clothes, sun block, repellent, sunglasses, rain coat, hat, torch and water bottle.
